Neuburger was probably created in the Wachau as an intersection of Roter Veltliner & Sylvaner. Possibly even in the Spitzer dig. Christoph Donabaum returns to these roots and vinifies a dotted Neuburger with structure and finesse. 

A playful aromenia bouquet of yellow pears, some quince and delicate hazelnuts. In the background, fine herbal wort nestles to flower meadow and meadow hay. A light touch of bee honey can be guessed at with a little air in the glass. Very precisely on the palate with a chic acid structure and delicately creamy texture in the finish. Refreshing alternative to the classic Wachau Greens Veltliners and Rieslingen.
