Initially yellow -fruity core fruit like apple and pear, then herbal aromas according to Spitzwegerich and some hay flower. In the background, a Hauzart smoke-mineral and reductive note hovers. Various starting on the palate is presented with a lot of body and harmoniously precise acidity. Long in the finish with fine fruit sweetness and subtle saltness.
