This Prosecco shows how Prosecco exists in its most original form. After the first fermentation in the pressure tank, the wine matures on the full yeast and is then filled unfiltered. The second fermentation is started in the bottle, which creates a particularly fine perlage & multifaceted aroma spectrum. Then the Prosecco unchanged us in the glass. 

For the time being, this sparkling wine shows very intense aromas of lush green apples and mature tangerine. In addition, harmonious notes of Brioche and freshly baked bread are gambled away. The aroma playing is understood by delicate floral notes according to orange blossoms and fine herbal aromas such as chamomile flowers and white pepper. On the palate, this wine captivates with its special dry characteristics. Its chalk-gripped texture creates immense drinking flow. Fine, non -intrusive perlage and lively acid bring the flavors to the fore in the mouth. Easy body but with appealing finesse and structure. A Prosecco in its most original form.
